The most important task of renovating this 1925 Bungalow was to respect its original architectural integrity. Ross Design Group was adamant to make the additional living space appear to be part of the original home. The addition included a family room, dining area, and master bedroom and bathroom. Not only was the interior of the home matched with precise detail, the exterior was matched identically. Close attention was paid to the home's original charming details and lines. All the doors and windows are designed to match the existing home restoring its 1925 classic style. It is evident why this home is a proud winner of the 2001 Parade of Homes as well as the prestigious Aurora Award for historic remodeling.
